Information collected
When you book a session through this site, you're taken to a Google Calendar booking page, which collects the contact and scheduling details needed to confirm your appointment. When you email Abby directly, the information you choose to share in that email is received directly by her. This site does not run its own account sign-up or client intake forms.
How information is used
Information shared to book or prepare for a session is used to schedule, conduct, and follow up on that session. Health and feeding information shared during a consultation is used to provide lactation and feeding support, consistent with Abby's professional and clinical obligations.
Third-party services
Booking is handled through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling tool, and insurance verification is handled through The Lactation Network and Wildflower. Each of those services has its own privacy practices governing the information you provide them directly.
